Dr Wong is an infectious disease specialist practising in Hong Kong SAR, China. He is a part-time consultant of the Infectious Disease Centre and Department of Medicine & Geriatrics of Princess Margaret Hospital where he helped to establish the anal neoplasia screening service for HIV infected persons. He currently serves as an honorary consultant in infectious disease and infection control for a number of private hospitals. He was trained in the UK, USA, Australia and Canada for adult infectious diseases, sexual health, and HPV related anal neoplasia screening. He was the Past President of the Hong Kong Society for Infectious Diseases from 2016 to 2020. He was elected as the Board of Directors of the International Anal Neoplasia Society in 2023.
