AP-HP, GHU Sorbonne Université, Pitié-Salpêtrière hospital
I am an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Medicine at Sorbonne University and in the virology department of the Pitié-Salpêtrière hospital, Paris, France.
My research in the THERAVIR team focuses on oncogenic viruses, more specifically human papillomavirus (HPV) and gammaherpesviruses (HHV-8 and EBV). I am working on the epidemiology and diversity of oncogenic viruses in the various clinical pictures associated with these viruses. I am also exploring the methylation of the host and viral genomes during the oncogenic process in order to identify biomarkers that could be of prognostic and monitoring interest in the diseases associated with these oncogenic viruses.
