A/Prof Jenny McCloskey is the Head of Sexual Health Services at Royal Perth Hospital in Western Australia. Within the service she offers high resolution anoscopy diagnostic and treatment services for high-grade anal intraepithelial neoplasia and HPV. This specialised service provides care for men and women at risk of anal cancer, and is now a leading teaching and training service in Australia. The service specialises in CO2 laser treatment of anal and perianal intraepithelial neoplasia. In addition, the service collects biobank data from those undergoing HRA's and treatment. The service has many publications including novel data on high rates of intraepithelial neoplasia in genital warts, and a syndemic interaction of STI's increasing the likelihood of HGAIN postulating as significant increase in anal cancer precursors in the future.
